She graduated from Passaic County Technical Institute in 1982, majoring in the dental field. She graduated from Bergen Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant.

Took one of my sons here today, all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The doctor definitely knows how to care for children as well, my son was told everything that was going to be done with kindness and happy tones, all while keeping us parents informed as well. Today was my first time at the practice and meeting Doctor Lauren and staff. Everyone was so nice and courteous it was truly a good experience. I'm usually nervous going to a dentist let alone a new one but I felt in good hands. The doctor was knowledgeable and felt like I truly had a good exam and great cleaning. First time in 42 years someone… offers me a fluoride treatment. They were patient and explained everything that was going on and truly helpful when it came to the financial aspect of it. I look forward to a long lasting relationship and a healthy mouth!!

I haven't been to the dentist in many years due to dentist phobia and the other day a chipped molar forced me to make an appointment. A good friend suggested Pompton Dental Arts. Not only was the experience pleasant, it was painless! I would strongly suggest Dr.Ryan to anyone and everyone in need of dental care. Surprisingly , I walked out the office with a fixed tooth and couldn't wait to make my appointment for a full set of x-rays and a cleaning. Great staff! Great place!!

I have been going to Dr. Lauren and Dr. Ryan since 2010 - They always make my dental visits pleasant and comfortable! They have such a warm, welcoming environment and staff. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they're super kind and very trustworthy! I am so thankful to have found such great dentist!
