Chang, moved our family to America and embarked on a journey that began with the purchase of Westlake Shopping Center in Daly City, California. What a terrible company. Our family had terrible encounters with these dishonest people. Ridiculous waste of time. When a leasing agent listens to your story and then doesn’t get back you, red flag, then chat to a rando coworker who contradicts her 100%... Avoid these people. 😬 Avoid.

I transferred from one office to another at Quail court's office complex in Walnut Creek, managed by Westlake Realty. It took me literally 9 months to find out about the disposition of my security deposit, only receiving it after 9 months of complaints and requests. I eventually received answers after threatening legal action. This is a terribly managed complex, and no one should rent here.
