After a three year internship with Charles Bailey & Associates, Inc., Pete began appraising for Bank of America in San Francisco for the next five years. In 1999, he joined All Bay Valuation and soon became a principal partner broadening his expertise to include estate work, fair market rent analysis, rent arbitrations, litigation, and court testimony.
