We initially met Cheri at an open house in the Sunnybrae neighborhood. We loved the house but didn't think we would have a chance to actually put a bid in as we were just starting loan process. Cheri knew everything about the house and the surrounding neighborhood and she made herself available to us as she knew we were actively starting to look in the area. Cheri is wonderful! She knows the San Mateo market incredibly well, especially Sunnybrae. My wife and I contacted Cheri to sell our Sunnybrae home in San Mateo. We knew she was a specialist in the area, so she was first on our list to contact. We contacted Cheri the first week of July 2017, and we closed less than 6 weeks later!

Cheri did an amazing job helping me sell a family home. I interviewed several agents and was extremely happy in my decision to hire Cheri. She did so much more than just list the house and conduct open houses. She helped me with getting bids for floor refinishing, painting, handy man work, junk removal, landscaping etc. She made the entire process much easier and was present during a lot of the work being done to the house. She's also super nice and fun to work with. I highly recommend her and would definitley work with her again. Bottom line, she's a very hard worker
