Chad Brannan was very helpful through the whole process. Well versed in single family and multi-family buildings. He listened to my preferences and sent me anything that matched. He was very flexible (since I was not local) to look at these properties. He took time out of his day to meet the other realtors and do a walk-through with pictures!
