Didn’t end up using them because the individual on the line was completely rude, instead of asking for information he told me my information was very unhelpful and just continued to be more unhelpful as a company. Just needed a truck towed and he didn’t even ask for the addresses or ANYTHING. Ended up going through Kansas City Tow instead and was treated kindly and they asked for the information they needed instead of just waiting for me to fill in blanks blindly since I had never had to tow a car before.

Would not want to have this company respond to a tow request. Watch one of their drivers haul a$$ down the highway going 85 mph in the rain weaving in and out of traffic without using their blinker tailgating other vehicles. Need to have their business licensed revoked for potentially causing accidents rather than responding to them.

These people are sleaze bags of the highest caliber.
They started towing my car from my apartment parking lot in Westport at 2:30 in the morning. Luckily a neighbor let me know and I ran downstairs and asked them to stop. I explained that this was my apartment’s parking lot, and they told me it was too late, that the order had already gone through the system. The man then explained that he would “kindly” charge me a drop fee, and when I asked him to repeat what he’d told me because my dog was frantically barking (and I was stressed out and didn’t understand), he got extremely aggressive

My friends car was Moved and taken several miles away from the original parking spot. When first asked about it, they denied it. Then eventually admitted they were going to tow it for having expired plates, only issue is, it doesn’t have expired plates. They need to be shut down. Clearly no one likes them (look at their ratings) or get all new employees and restart the company from scratch.

They are extremely rude. When we asked to verify it was the correct car the guy became belligerent and practically threw his phone in my friends face. We made comment that we want to see the car to make sure it wasnt damaged. (Which is was, the parking brake was busted) and he proceeded to verbally attack me and was completely rude. I understand they are just doing their job but be a little understanding of the fact you took someones ride to work, etc and now they have to give you money they dont have to get their car back so they can work and survive. There was no need for this level of unprofessionalism
