My vehicle was parked in a reserved paid for parking spot at my apartment complex. (Complex will remain anonymous for now) The apartment complex was scheduled to seal the parking lot 2 weeks ago, but rain… pushed them back a week. I moved my vehicle on the regular scheduled repair week. However, I saw the email announcing the rescheduled maintenance and the request for me to move my vehicle to late and my apartment complex had Pro-Tow move my 2016 Lexus. Pro-Tow relocated my Lexus to another parking spot in the parking lot. This resulted in popping my tire. I replaced the wheel with my spare

Never used their service but one of their truck drivers kept getting inches from rear ending me on I70 even though there was a vehicle directly in front of me. Did this two different times before swerving over BARELY missing back of my car!! Stepped on brakes to let him over in front of me because there was also a semi right in the other lane. Would NEVER use their service now. No regard for other drivers!! Horrible.

On my way home today a piece of rebar became lodged under my vehicle causing it to not be drivable. After waiting forever on a tow from another company that was being provided through my insurance I called Pro… Tow and explained the situation. They were kind enough to send someone out to see if they could help me. After 5-10 minutes a gentleman named Chapo arrived and kindly removed the rebar from under my vehicle at no charge! Can’t say enough good things about this experience! I am so thankful to Pro Tow and Chapo for not only saving me money but for helping me get home from this

I had a flat on a busy highway last night after dark and called Pro Tow in Overland Park. It was a busy 3 lanes of traffic towards Olathe. They arrived very quickly, I'd say 10 minutes, and told me to stay safely in my car. They were able to free the spare from under the car that I had never been able to release. They switched the tire in no time, took payment with my debit card, at a surprisingly low price given the dangerous location I was in, and I was on my way. The driver even blocked traffic with his truck so I could pull out safely. I am very pleased and thankful for the service they provided

Everything was going great until 2 pairs of gloves and a stocking cap “went missing” from my vehicle. I’m 100% certain they were on the drivers seat. One of the pair of gloves cost $50 to replace and this magic trick left me gloveless in sub zero temps so I would encourage you to not leave your vehicle unattended.

Pro-Tow came recommended to me by the shop that I needed my car towed to! It was a bitter cold day with slippery roads and I know they were likely slammed. But the gentleman who took my call still accurately estimated how long until a truck could meet me! The tow-driver (Chapo 722) was cheerful and kind, and I was so happy with the experience. The pricing also seemed very fair. Highly recommend!
