Highly recommend Kidds Towing! Our family returned to Wichita from a 12 hour travel day and were met with a flat tire on our car at the airport. We managed to pull into the hotel parking lot to change it and put the spare on. Kidds Towing happened to be there from a previous job. They jumped in without hesitation and changed it in record time free of charge! They even gave our family a few laughs (also free of charge:). Thanks, guys! You absolutely made our day with your kindness and excellent service.

After my car was wrecked in an accident, I called AAA for a tow and ride to a hotel. It was taking a really long time to get AAA service. Police officer called Kidd's Towing Service for me. Their driver, Ryan, arrived quickly and hooked my car up carefully and professionally. He offered me a ride to my hotel but half way there I changed my mind and wanted to be dropped off at Enterprise Car Rentals. Ryan was so kind and patient with me. Enterprise didn't have any cars available when we arrived so Ryan attempted to find another rental car company. No luck so he dropped me off at hotel

With all that is going on in the world with the virus and everything else, it was a relief to deal with someone that was friendly and pleasant and VERY quick!!! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would use this company again if I can have the same individual to work with. Ok, I would use them even if I didnt get the same individual. This is probably the worst towing company to go to if you have to pick your car up. The ladies on the specifically Cassandra she cannot speak simple English and couldn't say admission - she said emission, amissin, addition. She couldn't explain much anything about my car. When I went to pick up my car I could tell it had been ransacked and when she asked for my registration for it she went completely through my car and there are a couple things missing including some cash. She then asked for insurance which was in the car and she said it was not and I was not allowed to go look. I had

Awful. Was promised an ETA of 60 minutes and that they would be able to give a ride to all 3 members of my family. An hour passed and they hadn't arrived. Called them and confirmed they had a truck that could take all 3 of us, but it would be another 45 minutes. 45 minutes passes, call again and they say it's going to be another 60-90 minutes and they don't even have a truck that can take 3 people. Tell me to call an Uber. (We are 20 miles from Wichita in the middle of nowhere). Another hour passes, they don't show up and I finally say forget it. Talked to at least 4 different

I had no issues. He called before arriving to tell me he was on his way, he got more specifics on where we were. He arrived in less than an hour.
When he arrived he took pictures of the car, then helped push it where he could load it. He loaded the vehicle and followed my husband and I to the mechanic. He dropped the car there for them where the mechanic told him to. He filled out the paperwork, called in the payment for the towing and he was on his way.
The young man was respectful and professional. They support law enforcement so that is a HUGE plus for me.

So I call the company to get my car and they say they are closed and I won't be able to get my vehicle or any of it's contents until the next day when they are only open from 10am-noon.
