Worse agency I worked for ….I worked 2 days before I decided this not the place for me …I went to client first day to tell me he been in the bed for 2 days laying in his own urine etc …then have a nerve to ask me would I like to be a on call since he left but I already went to the agency he’s with him …..HORRIBLE

Where do I start? From the moment I made a call the experience was filled with professionalism & the generosity of the owner was very accommodating. She was polite, considerate & very responsive when helping me understand how the process works and what to expect. You want to be treated as part of a sharing love, caring, family? Great customer service, friendly, honest, and helped my family member in a timely manner.
The front desk was polite and explained everything so that we could understand. Answered all questions and even assisted in helping my uncle get a wheelchair, and nutritional milks through their case manager. Definitely a place to use if your loved ones need home care. You can tell they really care about the services they provide to your disabled family members. Thank you sharing love for all of your hard work and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend your llc to anyone who asks.
