Advent Properties manage my property and I have a big communication problem with their team members, from leasing, property care to accounting team. Every time I call their office, always answer machine and they never call me back. Everyone in their office share same email address, and they're not always reply email.
Plus, they don't take good care of my property, nobody knows it was leaking more than a month when vacant until received a HUGE water bill.
Property care team don't tell me anything about repair and just bill me. I need to call asking for reason, but always same answer

My fiancé and I recently rented a home and had the pleasure of meeting with Sharion, an Advent Property agent. From the day we met and saw the home, she was nothing but polite, dependable and knowledgeable. This review is regarding Tyler. I got in contact with him through Zillow about an apartment I was interested in, however the apartment was taken by the time I had my appointment. Though this was disappointing, Tyler offered to show me another place that was nearby and just as nice, if not better. Throughout the whole process, Tyler was very responsive and communicative and answered every question that I had. He worked with me and I was able to get approved for this apartment the next day! The Owner Benjamin handled the matter well and asked Tyler to apologize to us. He said it was Tyler's unprofessionalism and his faults, promised that it definitely wouldn't happen again and this is not the way their company is. Benjamin appointed another lady agent, this lady is called Sharion, she is professional and patient. Although Tyler gave us a bad experience, Benjamin and Sharion deal with it very well afterwards.

This is an update review for Benjamin and Sharion: The owner Benjamin is very professional and patient. He contacted me and apologized on behalf, and he resolved the issue by recommending me several other apartments and tried his best to accommodate my needs. He introduced another leasing associate, Sharion, to follow up with my apartment hunting. Sharion is very nice and helpful and did great research to find suitable apartments for me. I met with Austin to view a unit and we kept 6 ft distance and work masks. He was so polite and very prompt! Very clear communication leading up to and during the viewing. The main reason that I am writing this review is for Tyler Powel. Tyler was great, he was very attentive and helpful! Sometimes you can feel the vibe that a person gives off, and you can tell by his that he really wanted to find the perfect place for us. We viewed the property on March 7th and moved in April 1st. As with any place, there will of course be issues that arise when you first arrive, but so far Tyler has been on top of getting the solutions for us! From the moment the viewing appointment was made until the lease was sign his attention to detail has been fenomenal.
He showed up to the viewing on time and following Covid restrictions (wearing a mask and staying 6 feet apart ) answer all questions with a positive attitude and a great energy.
