Oscar Rivas began his real estate career 20 years ago at one of the largest, full-service real estate companies in Texas. Oscar first began in the Investor Relations department where he raised money from accredited investors and played an integral role in providing funds for commercial property purchases.
The initial process will begin with the inquiry of a particular lease space or property that the client has interest in, or I can use my search methods and connections to those in the industry to find the right property at the right space.
I will include my experience in due diligence with detailed reports of demographics, traffic count, projections and cost information so my customers can make an informed decision that fits their needs and budget.

The first impulse of those wanting to "get into real estate" is to own a rental house or do a rehab like you see on TV. Having done both, I'll say, think again. I divide the real estate investing process into 3 steps: 1. Seed Capital 2. Growing Wealth 3. Maintaining Wealth. Most investors get these mixed up, and that's a very costly lesson, so let me explain.

Thanks for all the help.. Oscar was very helpful giving me 20 possibilities, for a building rental that fit my needs.. He found a lot of buildings that the other sites didn't show. Just put in your e-mail address, and he'll respond..

Mr. Rivas was able to find us locations that other agencies couldn't, he was very prompt in returning phone calls and answering any questions we had. When it came time to close, Mr. Rivas was very thorough with the contracts and helped us to secure a better deal. I would highly recommend his services.
