We are True Colors Collision Unlimited. Our family owned and operated independent body shop is located at 1104 North Point Road in Dundalk, Maryland. We have been delivering excellent customer care and repairs for over 17 years. It is our goal to provide you with hassle-free customer service throughout the process of repairing your vehicle, keeping you updated and informed from start to finish.
We use the latest and eco-friendly paints, including water-based PPG Envirobase. All of our technicians are I-CAR, PPG Refinish, and ASE Certified. We also have approval from the Better Business Bureau on our excellent services. We work with all insurance companies, provide towing service if it is needed, and will even provide you with a rental car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car to keep you on the road while your vehicle is being repaired.

Services
Call the police immediately to report any personal injury or vehicle damages. If someone needs medical attention, make sure to mention that a physician or ambulance is needed. Attempt to remove any hazards from the road if possible. Do not step in front of a moving vehicle. If your vehicle is unable to move, safely exit the vehicle and get to a safe area away from the road and traffic.

I was recommended to come here by a friend who had a huge collision to his vehicle with major damage and they did a pretty good job on the repair for a reasonable price. So I go there for an estimate for one long scratch and small dent on a door with no body or frame damage. They quoted me $500 more than they fixed my friends vehicle and tried to charge me over 30 hours of labor. I could buy a whole new door and put it on for way less. This place will try to take advantage of you if they think you don’t know what you’re talking about. I do not recommend coming here!

Keith and his crew were great! My car is good as new AND they cleaned the interior, which was incredibly gross and probably took some elbow grease—a very nice surprise haha super nice people and I’m glad my dealership recommended them to me

Keith at True Colors is a true craftsman. His work is above and beyond any other local dealer or big name body shop. The customer service is amazing. It’s really nice to have someone like this in the area. I’d rather spend my money at and support small local businesses like True Colors. However, It can be a pain to find someone that does good work and is trustworthy. Keith is without a doubt both of those and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for body work, paint, etc...He works directly with your insurance as well which makes it that much easier. Even has the local rental company
