Traditional auto body dent repair is required when the metal of your vehicle is stretched upon impact or if the dent is too deep to extract. This type of repair is also appropriate when extensive paint damage from the impact exists. To repair these dents, we'll straighten out the affected areas and bring them level with original surface.

This place is not honest!!!!!!! I came here because I was told they did a great job by a few people and unfortunately I didn’t receive the same experience. Came here to have some minor body work done to my hood and front Bumper/Fender when I got my car back the hood latch was broken (which worked perfectly fine after the accident and before I took it to this place) they tried to have the insurance pay for it to be replaced, the insurance refuses because it wasn’t damaged due to the accident so I ended up paying out of pocket to have it replaced. They “replaced” it alright. Now here I am

I heard they do good work. Someone referred me to this place. I have called several times since April. To see if they could fix my car, I can't seem to speak with the people I was referred to, only through email which I think is unprofessional when conducting business. So I was advised to bring my car to the shop to get an estimate. Took my in June I believe, and still waiting for the estimate. So at this point I'm going to take my car to another shop.

The team at Moore’s body shop was incredible!!! I came in for a repaint on my bumper and my car looked as good as new even better if I might add. Damien did a great job! The receptionist was awesome too. All in all my experience was wonderful. Prices were better than what I was quoted at other body shops too. My car was even finished before the date I was originally told.

Moore’s body shop does amazing work & they were so honest with what was going on with my vehicle , they told me it would be done in a week & I got my truck back before the week was over. The owner & his wife are outstanding & amazing people . & they are honest with there work. They aren’t like most body shops who just wants the job for the money. These guys & girls out there blood sweat & tears into Moore’s body shop & I will continue to use them in any near future. Y’all did an amazing job on my jeep , I couldn’t be happier. Words alone cannot describe how happy I am with the service at Moore's Body Shop. The customer service there is phenomenal. The text message feature is amazing. They provide updates with any changes that occur. They even set up a profile portal where you can see the amount of everything they have to do on the car, when the car is started to when it is finished, and ready to be picked up. I feel like I have a brand new car. The body work that was performed on this car puts it in pristine condition. I highly recommend everyone take their car here for repairs. Wow! This place surely earns their stars. Their customer service hands down is the best in the area. I had a complicated insurance adjuster that caused me so much frustration and undue stress, I got my car to Moore’s and they took over everything. I no longer had any worries about getting the work done. Now I have my car, and the work is immaculate! So much to do over the holidays and with so many 2020 issues... but these guys here left me relieved and stress free! From start to finish, they really know their stuff!

I couldn't be happier with the repair to my truck! The customer service was amazing. I love the office staff! Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I had no worries leaving my vehicle in Moore's hands! I would highly recommend them for any repairs you need. I even got to meet and thank the man who worked on my truck personally (the job was that good). They even vacuumed my truck and washed it (Lord knows it needed that!) Thank you Moore's! I will start with the positives: The work on my car (replacing front bumper and related things after a collision) seems to be top-notch. They washed my car nicely, and cleaned the interior before they returned it to me. The receptionist was nice. They have a partnership with State Farm so that SF accepts their estimates and authorizes repairs without having to drag the car from place to place for more estimates. That's why it gets more than one star.

Moore's was so helpful in the process of getting my car fixed after a hit and run. They dealt with insurance, worked with enterprise, and were always friendly and professional. They event let me in on a Saturday (when they were closed!) because I forgot my ez pass. Excellent experience in customer service! My car is as good as new and came back detailed to boot! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I never leave reviews, but this place and its employees deserve an outstanding review! I had gotten into an accident this week and Moore's was nothing but helpful, nice, and and all around pleasure for a not so positive situation like a totaled car from the first minute I called about getting my car towed there. I had never heard of it nor used them for any body work, but I will most definitely be using them in the near future. For someone who was very upset and shaken up from the accident, they were the most understanding people that I am so appreciative for!

I don't often post reviews for places other than restaurants and bars, but high quality service of Moore's had inspired me to do so. I've been to Moore's only once, and for an insurance company paid repair, minus my 100 buck deductible. But the service and their "go over and beyond what's expected" attitude merit a review here. The two ladies I dealt with were very, very helpful, friendly, and great to deal with.
