They got my car on Thursday and by Tuesday they were finished. Then I told them that my lawyer said my deductible was supposed to be cheaper. They immediateny made the adjustments. I also asked about a dent that was not related to the accident but instead of just taking my money they referred me to a less expensive place and I love that!!

I never write reviews, however, I feel compelled to after having such a great experience with A-1 Auto Body. I took my car in for a bumper replacement (out of pocket, not through insurance) and was able to get a quote for the repairs within a half hour. Not only did they offer to look for both new and after market options to compare the pricing, but they took a look at my bumper to make sure it was safe and secure for a out of town trip I was taking prior to having the repair completed. The repair itself was super fast and they again went the extra mile by cleaning the interior before I took it

Best Collision shop I’ve ever experienced, no shop close to this quality in NY ever I live. The job took longer than normal due to backlog in parts order, but the good job done compensates the wait. Candice made the experience even better, she’s so helpful.

Worst experience at a body shop ever! The quality of the work was horrible. The service was the worst service I have ever seen. Very rude and unprofessional, I don't know how they can stay in business. Will not ever go back and DO NOT recommend.

I was in Baltimore and had a minor fender bender so I was told to go to A-1 Auto body after being there for over 3 hours and getting nothing acomplished we left and took our car to another shop because the staff was not professional at all , I will never recomend them to anyone . Don't waste your time 🤬

Superb service, better than my insurance company. They called me and walked me through the process of having my car picked up and repaired after my accident.
They are very communicative and transparent. Even when I had a concern, they listened to me and addressed it without issue. 100% would recommend - fantastic customer service.

My friend ran over a vender cover on the road, and we were so sure it was an issue with the car. Paul was a lifesaver! He was so kind, funny, and quick to tell us that everything was a-okay. The other guys were also amazing. So if you're looking for A+ service, come to A-1 Auto Body!

Took my car to A1 after I had a slight fender bender and went in knowing nothing about cars. Came out 3 days later not only with a car that looked brand new (couldn’t even tell where the accident happened) but learned something new about my car! Staff is very welcoming, detailed, responsive and didn’t feel like I was being gypped. Prices are very reasonable! Definitely recommend to family and friends.

They made the entire process easy and worry free, then received my car back with repairs in the next couple of days and my car looks like nothing happened. My car needed repaired from a minor accident. Customer service was top notch, from the lady who answered the phone and greeted me, to the man who let me know my car was ready and pulled it around. The paint job is also superb, no indication that any damage was done. Fantastic all around.
