I am so torn for tr his review because Dr. Finn is very professional with great bedside manner and he is just all around good at his job, but today I drove an hour for my appointment (which causes me horrible pain to sit for that long) to walk in and be ignored completely when I tried to speak to the woman at the counter. So I went to sign in for my appointment, which I arrived 20 minutes early for and she says in a very impatient tone, "do you need something?" And when I told her I was there for my appointment she said simply, "we cancelled all our appointments today." And looked back at her computer

Dr Finn is a friendly, fit, pain management physician. He is easy to talk with, he is not a pushy, know-it-all. He has had a back injury that helped him develop real empathy for his patients and it shows. He's not a pill machine, you have to help yourself by doing rehab exercises daily, and working to improve your health, but he can give you the medical support to get you back on your feet.

I’m honestly surprised this place doesn’t have even more negative reviews on google like they do on Yelp. This place is a total joke in my opinion. The few times I’ve been in for an appointment I’ve had to listen to the front desk staff talk negatively about patients/whoever they talk to on the phone, aggressively and loudly cuss at the computer, spend more time having a personal conversation with one another instead of talking to the person they’re checking in, and they come across as wanting to be anywhere else except there. Even most of the staff in the back comes across as anything

The many horrible reviews I see really explains my dissatisfaction with this office and to be specific, Dr. Finn. Stay away! What an uncaring physician with a hurt little ego like a little boy throwing a temper tantrum when his world is not perfect.
Due to COVID-19, I rescheduled 2 appointments well in advance. One appointment was because I had been potentially exposed to 2 family members that had been notified of exposure. In doing the responsible thing, I rescheduled my appointment and kept myself isolated at our remote 2nd home out of state. From there and when it was safe, I flew from out

Run, hobble, get a friend to drive you as far away from this office as possible. They shoved 6 needles in my lower spine and then refuses to provide me a doctors note. The staff is rude and they over book so they have a steady flow of money at the expense of patient care and valuing patients time as do not fall 45 min behind their scheduled appointment. They billed my insurance near $1400 in one month and then told me it was inappropriate for them write me a doctors note after causing me the worst pain I have never felt which resulted in me dropping classes and now owing $1400. CROOKS! I hope you

This is the first and hopefully the last time I have ever left a bad review as I'm usually pretty easy going however I found the people her to be VERY rude. I'm from a small town where one doctor does everything so meandering the specialist spectrum has been a new experience. When I discovered I had two doctors pretty much doing the same thing I was confused as to what exactly I was supposed to do. For some reason After expressing my concern I was pretty much thrown out like "I" was the person doing something wrong. At a later date and two surgeries later I still have chronic

I've been going to Dr. Finn for over 10 years. Both he and Sonja Griffith are caring and compassionate. His staff is kind. They were able to get appoints in when I was in severe pain. I had forgotten my patient portal password. Within a minute, I was able to login.
Not many doctor's office have consistent, caring personnel. I am very happy to have found this clinic.
