I have been a patient of Dr. Timothy Sandell since 2005. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this office. Also in the past three years I have been seeing PA Jamie Case. She is a very wonderful asset to Dr. Sandell and the team at Peak Physical Medicine she is a very good listener to your needs as Dr. Sandell is. They stay on top of all your treatments start to finish. I will be a patient as long as they'll have me.

I've been a patient for almost 5 years and I have nothing but good words to say about everyone in this office. Dr. Sandell is an amazing person who I have much respect for. He's not only kind and very interesting, but also intelligent and knows what he's talking about when addressing my concerns. Jamie is absolutely beyond words. There isn't anything I can say about her without feeling like I'm leaving something out, simply an amazing woman. She's not only a Proffesional in her field, she's also the author of a book "Lucky for Leroy", A Mountain Moodie Story, that you won't want to put down until

I have been with this practice for 15 years and have never been treated better by a physician or PA. They have always had my best interests at heart and never ever have I felt they were not caring or blind to my needs. Dr. Sandell and Jaime Case are A+ practitioners and really know their stuff. Office staff are nice and I always get a response to my messages the next business day. Shout out to Erica, Sandell’s assistant. She is the most empathetic and efficient team member-thanks! I will continue to see Jaime and Dr Sandell as I love this place!

Dr. Sandell is amazing. He is responsive to feedback and listens to me and it feels like we are a team in my care. He explains things throughly and communicates the treatment and plan.
Erica (MA) is quick to respond to calls/voicemails and concerns. She communicates the next steps to include response times and expectations.
I could not ask for a better team of professionals to help manage my healthcare.

I was referred to them for chronic pain, had my first visit, went through paperwork to start an opioid pain managing plan. Had a great visit, went through everything I thought we needed to and answered every question asked honestly and in great detail. Took a urine test. Got a letter today saying they refused to treat me cause I breached there contact. Can't breach a contract in the 5 minutes it took to go from the exam room to the bathroom. I am now out of any avenue for pain meds till I find a different pain management specialist because I did nothing wrong. Took me weeks to get into this place

I think that overall, this is a great place to get help. I'm sad that a misunderstanding caused us to part ways, as I really believed Dr. Case cared about getting me better. The stigma behind opiates is so horrible right now that if you don't just shut up and say "uh huh, that's nice" when discussing your meds, you're probably going to give the wrong impression. In less than a year I went from 240mg daily of my pain medication, voluntarily down to 120mg. I asked to try weaning down a little further, and when that wasn't comfortable for me I asked to go back to my original dose of 120, it's like

Both Dr. Sandell and Jaimie. Case P.A are extremely helpful. I have been seein Dr Sandell for about 10 years. They both take the time to listen to your concerns and provide solutions to spinal and chronic pain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with fibromyalgia, myofacial pain and sciatica pain.
