I have never seen a physician more committed to his patients than Dr. Bissel. The staff makes me feel like family. At such a disconnected time, it very refreshing to feel like I’m part of a practice and not just another patient. I have been fully disabled for 20 years and this is the first Google review I have ever left regarding a physician. Run, don’t walk, to Apex Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and watch your life change! I will always be grateful to Dr Bissel for being a pioneer in the practice of pain management. Dr. Bissell has been my pain management Doctor
For about 10 years now I’ve been to a lot of life altering events including cancer and he’s been with me the whole way thru he has excellent bedside manner, There’s a lot of doctors out there I had a good at what they do but I will tell you that Dr. Bissell is the best! He gave me A better quality of life.
Second The staff at Dr. Bissell office It’s very pleasant on top of everything, they treat you like family and always ready to make sure that you’re taken care of very please with the staff.

This was my first visit to APEX and from the time I walked in and was greeted at the front desk I could tell this place was very well run and at first there seemed to be an issue with the way the VA wrote my consult and there was question whether insurance would cover my visit but the nurse took time out to come to the waiting area and talk to me which quickly clarified the reason for my visit clearing up any insurance concerns. and my appointment was able to begin the process. I was screened by a nurse whom was very polite and cordial. She showed great knowledge of her job performance and also
