The Kidds Place offers several emergency procedures for your child. This includes chipped teeth, damaged teeth, or teeth that have been entirely knocked out of the mouth.

Stay away from this dentist!!! I took my 3 year old daughter there in 2020, Dr. Cathy convinced me that my toddler needed 4-6 crowns (front of her mouth). Lucky for me I moved shortly after and took my daughter to a pediatric dentist in my new state and she told me that my daughter absolutely did NOT need any crowns!
I would highly recommend finding a different dentist, or at the very least getting a second opinion.
It is highly unethical to be advising crowns for toddlers/kids when it’s not truly needed!

Took my 2 boys for a check up. They are all so wonderful! They explained the whole visit to the boys and scheduled my 5 yr old for surgery the very next day. So thrilled to have them as our dental team. Dr. Kathy is so patient with them and is so thorough, this dental team really cares about their patients and families.

Horrible dentist lacking patience and ethics. My son was traumatized for weeks after coming here and I would wake up with nightmares reliving the procedure and seeing my son’s eyes in fear and pain. The dentist decided to pull out some baby teeth, and it wasn’t even necessary. I realize now it was all about profit. My son could feel the teeth being pulled out as he didn’t have enough pain med, and they didn’t believe him and they wouldn’t listen to me. My son was always a good patient and never fussy, so it wasn’t that. My son still talks about going through this to this day. Beware

My boys just LOVE going to the dentist! (Which is saying a lot since one of them struggles with anxiety especially regarding pain and medical stuff. He does NOT love going to regular Dr. appointments.)
It happened to be one of my son’s birthday on the day of his appt. (does that not just tell you how much they love The Kidds Place?!?! Wanting to go to the dentist on his birthday?!? 😁) During the exam, Dr. Luchini sang happy birthday to him in a super fun way, and even did a little strobe light disco move with the overhead exam light. It was awesome and so fun! He felt super special and celebrated

I love the staff here they are amazing and very patient. My little one is not very fond of the dentist being 4 he gets very anxious they were very understanding and Dr. Cathy was amazing to get he best care for him. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Cathy for being so patient with my little man can’t wait until he grows out of his fear and realizes how amazing you all are.

We love this office! Kind staff, polite front desk, & incredibly calm Dentist! We’ve had lots of teeth pulling, making room for descending adult teeth. What would have otherwise been anxiety-inducing for our kids has been amazing every time. And as a physician, I appreciate their care & concern for the safety of their patients.

We are fairly new to this dentist but have been MORE THAN pleased with service! Dr Cathy and her staff are amazing! Everyone seems to genuinely care, all are kind and knowledgeable and everyone is timely! The staff cares enough to get to know us and allows time to answer all our questions. Both my 4yr old and 12 yr old have had nothing short of excellent experiences here and I would be proud to refer any friends looking for a new pediatric dentist. My six year olds first visit to this dentist as we recently moved to the area. I read every review on Yelp and Google before choosing this office. They have A LOT of really good recent reviews on google so I decided to give them a chance despite the one ranting review here on Yelp. I have to say what an amazing office full of really great staff! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and Jacks hygienist Pang was so patient and great with Jack explaining everything to ease his fears. Dr. Cathy was a joy and amazing with Jack as well. I recommend this office 100% for any child. Great job to all of you

I would not be taking my two year old back here even had I not received a letter from them informing me that they wouldn't be caring for my child's 'oral health' and essentially telling me that I am not doing my job as a parent. I took my daughter here at six and eighteen months as well as two years. I insisted that her father go with us for the two year appointment because at the one prior I knew I felt uncomfortable taking her there but I wanted the confirmation that I wasn't overreacting or something. We absolutely love this place. Our kiddos receive great care and are treated with the best service. Everyone in the office is so kind and great with kids. I love all the fun things for them to do while they wait. And we feel they are getting the best care possible for their teeth. We are so thrilled to have found this dental office for our children.

So far my wife and I have had three appointments here with two of our children. Every appointment our children have been 20-30 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time. I understand things come up throughout the day that could make this happen but this last appointment was scheduled at 7:50 am. Not much to push you back that early in the morning. Little aggravating sitting in the waiting room watching people that have come in after you get called back before your child has been seen and it's well past their appointment time. How long do they give you to be late before they cancel

We put up with unpleasant office staff for years because we liked the doctors/hygienists. However, they just donated my sons new leather coat without contacting me. When I called about it the first time I was told "no problem, we'll put his name on it". It had been 40 some days (they were closed when I went to get and then 2 wk vacation during holidays), but they didn't give me a time limit. Office manager was so rude about it- ugh!

This dentist is a preferred provider by my insurance provider which is why i initially chose them. However their questionable billing and poor customer service would prevent me from ever using them again. I would recommend avoiding this dentist, they are not familiar with insurance billing and will overcharge you with made up charges.
