At True Care Solutions, we provide a wide range of home health care services to patients all throughout the San Francisco area. We offers several levels of care. Costs are determined based on each client's needs including level of service and hours needed per week. I worked for Jo for almost 2 years he was a great boss the true care team work really hard they love there clients .. I had great experience working with Jo and his team he gave me the best opportunity I learned so much from him and his team and when I was switching to a new job Jo showed me nothing but love told me if I ever needed a job I will always have one with true care . Jo is very compassionate person and very understanding I just wanted to thank him and his team of ladies for the opportunity at this job

Elderly Father in Law used services for 6 weeks prepaying 2 weeks in advance at a time for elderly Mother in Law (who passed under Hospice care at the end). Joe told us that we were owed a refund of $7400 dollars for services not used. Gave us a post dated check with a lame excuse, that ultimately bounced when deposited. Joe would never respond to any attempts to recover money HE SAID WE WERE OWED. Scam artist preying on the elderly when they need the most assistance!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

I understand there has been those who have worked for True Care have left or who is still there don't have the real ability to be around those who need to be cared for. If they do something wrong to those they care for also may think they are not doing anything wrong they are very very close to some of those policemen in Bellbrook. B E W A R E
