Dayton Physicians Network takes a comprehensive approach to Patient Centered Care because it often takes the combined skills of several medical professionals to provide the best possible care for a patient. This is especially true when dealing with cancer or other serious conditions. Care is best when the various people involved are well connected.
We know how stressful initial diagnosis and ongoing care can be. With 7 locations thru out the Miami Valley, we can schedule at a location that is convenient for you. Our scheduling team is available Monday - Friday, 8-4:30. Once you make an appointment, all facets of our services-from the latest research findings to the most advanced technology will be made available to you in a personalized care plan from our Care Team.
Please bring your insurance identification card (s) with you. A photocopy will be placed in your billing file. If you are covered by more than one insurance company, please let us know which company is the primary carrier. This will help to avoid any delays in receiving benefits. If there is any change in your health coverage, please contact the office to update your records.
We welcome self-referral patients to meet with our specialists for consultation and treatment. Please call us at 937-293-1622 to schedule a consultation with a Urologist, Hematologist, Medical Oncologist or Radiation Oncologist. We will need some specific information about you when you call to make an appointment, please be sure you have all the information about you and your diagnosis available when you call.
Patients may be referred for these scans prior to and throughout the course of treatment and follow-up. These scans provide the doctor with the latest information regarding a patient's condition which may impact the next step of care. A CT scanner is a highly advanced computerized x-ray machine used to obtain images -or- slices of the body on the axial plane, much like slices of bread.

Nurses and Nurse practitioners waste your time and dont take seriously. Nurse from the unfusion area cant seem to bw able to find a vein everytime i go it seem like i need to get poked multiple times before they finally hit a vein. Nurse practitioner left me waiting on room for like 45 mins after my appointment time. Never coming back to this place. Would not recommend this place.

I have been a patient here for several years. I went to Ohio State to get a second opinion on a course of treatment and was told to make a choice between who was going to treat me, and was refused a monthly injection I was scheduled to get after waiting over 1/2 an hour past my appointment time. Appalling behavior by a physician. You need to set your ego aside and consider what your patients are going through!

Terrible at billing. Inaccurate accounts and no credit for payments made. They hand you bills when you come in for treatment. So inappropriate.
