Mark Luciani has been a huge asset helping manage the refinancing of my home! This is the second loan I have work on with Mark and both times have been smooth sailing... In this instance, not only did he reach out and let me know that the rate were low enough that it would be a good time to refinance, but he also walked me through each and every step of the process. Even though the loan process is fairly foreign to me, I never felt like the questions I was asking were dumb. We had such a wonderful experience with Mark at America One Mortgage. He is very informative, easy to talk to and professional. Mark was always available to us, day and night, 7 days a week. The transaction was very smooth and we closed much earlier than expected - almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule to be exact. Don't trust this guy! i provided them with all of my financial records, tax records, copy of my credit scores, my paychecks stubs, tax returns, and a list of all of our debt line by line. I told Mark that I did not want my credit ran until he confirmed what amount we would be approved for based on the documents sent. Having multiple inquiries on your report is not desired during time of purchasing a new home. He sent me an email confirming an amount we would be allowed. I waited a few days and then had him call my spouse to review our information again and confirm what we would be allowed
