We lived here for 4 years. Great community and neighbors. We were drawn to the fact that we wouldn't be paying for amenities we wouldn't use (i.e. pool and gym) and the newer and nicer finishes than most apts. Very pet friendly. Maintenance was completed regularly and any issues were dealt with quickly. Sal (maintenance) and Heidi (office) are great!

Enjoyed living here initially for two years, then had extremely noisy new neighbors move in. Noises loud enough to wake my kids from 530 AM, and until midnight. Office felt noise was ok, so nothing ever improved after more than six months of notifying them if recurring problems. Ended up having to move because management felt it was OK and weren’t able to do anything about it. For the amount of rent, we expected a better response from management. Nice apartments otherwise, although area around these apartments getting very densely built up.

Lived here for 3 years. Overall apartment is great. You get the luxury living. Positives are that the maintenance staff is amazing. Sal was always very fast and efficient to fix any issues and was friendly as well. The customer service was good to. Jessica the manager was always very nice and helpful as was Heidi. Downfalls. there is a guy who drives his BMW through the apartments reving his engine at all hours. Also some of the residents drove through to fast and had little regards for children. Again with loud vehicles or neighbor's or people speeding through the apartments, the management team

I gave 2 stars because the move-in process was very smooth and professional. The office staff are very kind and thorough. The apartment is very nice. My ONE piece of advice would be...DO NOT LIVE IN A DOWNSTAIRS UNIT! We have the neighbors from hell. We are awakened sometimes before 6am and have running children and stomping adults all day long. It is impossible to have a quality of life or even to be able to watch any television. My child often struggles to be able to focus on distance learning because of the noise. We cannot wait to leave here!

Very nosy, non caring and will charge you for anything possible. Constantly wanting to enter and search your home for random reasons. Instead of taking care of all the mandatory inspections at the same time , they spread each inspection out through the year. So they are in your home almost every month. Very high priced rent for little in return. Wouldn’t recommend moving here to anyone. I already know the reply to this message will be “sorry sir, but we don’t see your name on our records, maybe you are thinking about another facility”. I moved in here because I needed temporary housing when the place I was buying fell through and it seemed like it would be fine for 6 months. I have to say that the 6 months I lived there are the last 6 months I think it was remotely acceptable and I would not recommend anyone moving in now.
Good things:
- Nice finishes inside
- Connected garage
- Dedicated parking space in front of garage
- Garage and recycling collection at your door
- Dog park (although it's small)
Bad things about the apartment:
- NOISY- you hear everything the neighbors are doing
- Even though they say it's a smoke

Newer apartments with attached garages so that's nice.... new appliances. Maintenance people are quick if you have a problem. However rent for a 1 bedroom 1 bath is $1400 and the residents are a bunch of narks who call and complain about every tiny thing even if you're not bothering them... and the office people tend to be nazis. Could be a wonderful place to live but that really brings it down.

We are applying to live here, but I wonder? All I asked was if they could tell me if any previous owners in the apartment had declared any pets and what they were since we have pet allergies. They kept repeating "we're pet friendly" and that they couldn't provide that information since it was confidential. Really? I'm not asking who lived there, just if there have been pets in the apartment. How is that protected personal information. I smell a rat!

I had problems with the apartment from day 1. The heating system is bad, hi electrical bills because of it. The apartments are not well build . I had a huge crack in the living room sealing and in the garage .They try to fix it in the leaving room but did a terrible job. I was the first resident there . Very poor quality apartment .The appliances are very poor quality also . It is nothing in the complex . No pool, no exercise room or a children’s park . High rent compared to other apartments that have more to offer. I’m glad that I moved out.

Great apartments but frustrating customer service. Being a brand new community the apartments are great. Some small bathrooms and awkward doors but great lighting and counters. The customer service is hit or miss. For example I can home to a HUGE green sticker on our car window explaining it was about to be towed for expired tags. (Tags were 7 days expired we are not talking months) and when I called the manager to ask why I hadn't just gotten a friendly call she stated, "that's our policy" and we don't know what cars go to what apartments when they are in visitor parking. Well that weird because

We moved from Woodstock, IL to Vancouver, WA. Looking for apartments wasn't easy due to the fact that we were living in a house in IL. We knew that transitioning to an apartment was a big change and that we needed something good and spacious.
The staff here is very very helpful, friendly and also flexible. We received a brand new apartment and everything was perfect. We got the smallest one bedroom which is 867 sq ft. It feels very roomy and you also get to get A/C in the apartment which most apartment complexes usually don't offer. All appliances are new and upgraded and you also get a spacious
