Jacob is punctual, responsive, professional, patients, and very detailed. He did a phase 2 inspection for our new construction home and we’ll definitely ask for his help for reinspection and the final inspection. He promptly completed the report and sent it to us very quickly. The report was very detailed with lots of info, pictures, as well as solutions/recommendations. Jocob is definitely the best inspector I have ever seen and experienced. He is diligently inspecting every detail of the home and found minor and major issues that I should revisit or that I should be aware of.
