Vision to Victory Christian Learning Center (VTVCLC), is not just a place for children to come and simply attend, but a safe house to impart the sustenance and love that each child requires during their primary years of growth. We offer loving care that focuses on each child as a unique and wonderful individual, and in doing so, builds self-esteem and respect for others.
As a Christian learning facility we use the A Beka Book Curriculum. With a traditional approach to education, A Beka Book supplies us with outstanding curriculum, textbooks, and support materials for students 3 months -5yrs of age. In developing this curriculum, the whole child is considered - cognitively, socially, and physically.

CCIS is your information source for FINDing, SELECTing, and PAYing for child care. There are five CCIS offices in Philadelphia, and at least one CCIS in every county in Pennsylvania. If eligible, CCIS will pay all or part of your child care costs directly to a licensed and contracted child care provider while you work, attend school or training.

Let me start by saying this...there is nothing Christian about this center. My children has told me that they watch adult movies while the teachers argue on their cell phones. They make the school children take naps with the toddlers during camp. They don’t take the kids on trips. They nickel and dime you here. They are not setup to receive cashless payments. You have to have a money order to pay them. Did I mention this is not a Christian daycare, they don’t even pray or learn anything Christian related. The owner is a scammer!
