Services
Kelly McKibben is a professionally certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) and Integrative Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). She works with individuals and groups with a diverse age range and fitness level. Her commitment to physical, emotional and mental well-being is inspired by a 30-year practice of hatha yoga, creative self-expression, wilderness hiking, and ongoing personal & spiritual growth.
Yoga for Beginners (currently not available): This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than a Gentle Flow class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses, breathing techniques and self-awareness through mindfulness. Come to learn, laugh and love your body in a supportive environment.
Yoga is a holistic system that includes movement, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, cultivating an inner landscape to support health and healing and deep restorative relaxation. These techniques bring balance and health to all levels of body, mind and spirit. Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to obtain valuable information to help you improve your health.
Bring dynamic movement and breathing into your gentle flow practice. Focus upon boosting the effectiveness of your digestive, respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
