Newport Fitness is a gym specializing in a variety of group class options. We strive for people of all ages, sizes and ability levels to EMBARK on a new fitness journey. This journey consists of daily 45 minute or 1 hour fitness classes that will provide a mix of cardio, strength and bodyweight movements.

Services
Em's Fitcamp is a group fitness class combining strength, cardio and traditional body weight exercises. Every 45 minute class is led by an experienced, motivating trainer who keeps you moving! The workouts are different every day so you never get bored! The classes are designed to cater to all ability levels and sizes.
If you would like to try out Em's Fitcamp before committing, sign up for our FREE WEEK PASS! It is highly recommended that you download the Newport Fitness App for access to our schedule and the ability to check into classes. We provide everyone with a FREE WEEK to check us out before committing. You can also try our Beginner CrossFit Classes and High Intensity Mix classes during this free week.
Each class is led by one or more certified trainers guiding, coaching and motivating you through each part of the class. Register for one of our FREE Beginner CrossFit Classes to learn proper form and technique on all of the weightlifting movements and learn modifications for any challenging skills.

The FitCamp classes are a VERY good workout in 45 minutes and also very fun! Workouts are always different which is great, and you set the pace for yourself. The instructors are fantastic and give such a great energy to the classes that is welcoming, encouraging, motivating. They go over every exercise with modifications at the beginning so you never feel uncomfortable or unsure with an exercise. In the few weeks I've been to the classes, I can tell it's a great community and that the instructors care to know each person that is in their classes. I am definitely continuing my membership instead

I absolutely love this gym! I initially signed up for the 6 week challenge and couldn’t walk away! The 6 week challenge helped me become motivated to working out. Just in the short 6 weeks I have already seen changes. I also love that all of the coaching staff and gym members are extremely encouraging and friendly! There is no sense of judgment at this gym!

I absolutely love this gym!! I’ve been coming here since 2019 and it’s seriously one of the best decision I’ve ever made. The coaches and other members are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and like you can accomplish whatever your goals are. Your level of fitness doesn’t matter either they meet you where you’re at and help build you up to where you want to be. I couldn’t speak any more highly of this gym. Emily the owner has created something special here and I’m so thankful to be apart of it. These people have become my gym family!

I am currently in the six week challenge at Newport Fitness and have been loving it. I am a former competitive athlete and also competed in a body building competition in the wellness division last October. I began to get bored of the monotony of the same old lifts 4-5 times per week and also was tired of scheduling my life around a specific diet. I pretty much took a 6 month hiatus from working out at all due to frustration and complete lack of motivation. I decided to try CrossFit to see if that would re-spark my joy and it definitely has.
