SSG had a property on the market this summer that I was very interested in. I discovered it through several online services. Both my agent and I tried to contact him, and he never responded. As a matter of fact, the Mindy after we tried, the property was taken off the market. I have driven by and it is not sold, and no flipper work is being done either. There was never a sign out front showing it was for sale. This is not a very professional way to do business.

This business is owned and run by a slumlord and conman. if you find yourself in one of their rental properties, make sure you are fully versed in your rights as a tenant and what a landlord is legally obligated to handle. get official documentation for everything. hire a home inspector if need be and you probably will. he will do everything he can… to cut corners and blame tenants. demand a full and real inspection prior to move in. you cannot trust the word of this company that a property is move in ready. document EVERYTHING once you are in the property. you will need a real licensed

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I viewed a property listed by Avi Ron through Zillow, emailed and contacted SEVERAL times within the dates of March 11th up until March 27th, NOT ONCE have I spoken to this guy,… instead I am emailing back and forth with some woman MaryEllen who I was clear and concise of our demands, complied to her requests with the final impression that she was drafting up a lease for us as she had said verbatim. It is now 5 days before move in date where she decides to let me know that they’ve decided to go with a different applicant. While there’s nothing I can

I contacted one of those we-buy-homes sites in a moment of frustration. My last tenant had left a barely sustainable rental property in really bad shape. I'm probably lucky that Avi called and talked to me first. Had he not been first, I would have stopped entertaining call-backs after the 3rd call. He and his staff were extremely responsive. Kathy… will probably be a candidate for sainthood one day. I dealt with her the most, and she was a delight to work with and definitely went to bat for me with the mortgage company.
