Kelly Real Estate specializes in Residential and Commercial sales and Investment Property Management. The Real Estate Company is run by Bakersfield locals Jim and Brian Dandy. The Dandys have an 89 year legacy in home sales, property management, and construction in California.
In 1927 J.L. Dandy began developing property in the San Fernando Valley. In the 1940s he expanded into the San Joaquin Valley and moved the J.L. Dandy & Co. headquarters to Bakersfield in 1949. James F. Dandy began working with his father while still in high school, and recalls building houses in Bakersfield, Wasco, and Shafter.

Since 1987 Brian has held a California Real Estate Brokers License. He has been involved in many faucets of the industry, helping clients fulfill their real estate goals. From the development of new home neighborhoods, and the marketing of residential and commercial properties, to the management and training of a real estate professionals, and now to be working with his mentor, friend, and most importantly, his father.
