These people are slum lords!!! They do nothing but collect rent. They do not maintain their properties. They are misleading and manipulative when it comes to contracts and they lie about a gardener being included in ALL properties but no gardner exists. They also lead you to believe your over the phone conversation is enough to break a one year lease then sue you for not doing so face to face! Worst experience of my life! Do not rent from them!!!!
