Julie was great. Perhaps most importantly, she recommended a kind of financing method ("quick close" in three weeks) that, I think, made my purchase offer more attractive to the seller. She was extremely competent at getting the process to move along quickly, a little like a traffic cop on the busiest cross street in New York. Her explanations were concise and articulate. One of my worst nightmares in refinancing! Sahar wasted my time for six months as I was hoping she can get me a good interest only rate! Then as I got frustrated Sahar left me hanging and even mocked my situation in a very rude and unethical way! Stay away from them! She only pretended to care. That’s not the way to treat the people who trust you with their properties.
