Fillipe's story is not one that started in health and fitness. He actually went through high school as the "fat kid" with no confidence. Even after losing a parent to ill health, it still took him a couple years to realize how important maintaining a healthy lifestyle really is. After committing to fitness at age 19, his life began to change and a few short years later decided to start helping others commit to the same change he did.

Services
All billing is automatic on a weekly basis and the total will vary depending on your style and frequency of training. As long as sufficient notice is given, you will be able to reschedule that training session. We have personal training plans for partners that will guarantee you and your partner time with your personal trainer.

Me and my husband decided to start OTG fitness 2 years ago. It was very hard for us to start working out on our own, that's why a friend of ours recommended us to meet Felipe. Trainers at this gym made us commit and take our health very serious.
We were very weak when we started. I was getting very nauseous during the first workouts and was ready to quit, but I didn't. Instead, decided to discipline myself and commit to it. I lost 25 pounds in first 6 months. My husband's body has changed a lot. His t shirts has started to feel tighter because of muscle build up.
