Aaron was truly amazing. I'm a bit of a ping pong ball when I step into a jewelry store. Everything is shiny and beautiful and I really have a hard time focusing. I wasn't a hundred percent sure on exactly what I wanted and he was able to zero me in so easily and made me the most beautiful custom piece EVER! I can't thank you enough for this beautiful ring and look forward to more custom work in the future.

I had some very sentimental pieces of jewelry that I wanted to convert into something new. Aaron went above and beyond during the design process to be collaborative and offer his extensive knowledge and design expertise. The resulting piece is stunning, meaningful, unique and somehow through DeBoscq magic—just what I wanted. This is something I will enjoy now and something I plan to pass down to my daughters.

De Boscq came through for me once again! After my fantastic experience buying my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring a few years ago(BTW the owner drove 45 minutes to meet me halfway AND bought me lunch), I decided to go back to them for a 2nd band as a 5 year anniversary gift for my wife.
They were able to get it in stock, properly sized, AND gift wrap on just a few days notice to make sure I got this lovely gift to my lovely wife. DeBoscq will continue to be the sole source of any of my jewelry needs

I have been here twice and both times the staff (Megan) were friendly and very helpful. I felt at easy and never felt pressured. Once I purchased a chain to replace my old broken one and then went back to have my wedding band prongs serviced. They did quality work and at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

First time shopping for jewelry outside of an old family friend's store that I had frequented all my life. The experience was painless and even pleasurable. Victoria was a wealth of knowledge on the origins of the estate pieces I was eyeing up for my wife's birthday gift. She obliged my whims and and forgave my inability to articulate what it was that I was looking for. She even allowed me to make a short video of her demonstrating how to work the clasp mechanism so that I wouldn't forget anything when relaying it to my wife. Excellent service. They were very attentive and not only fixed my engagement ring which I bent the head on but caught that the diamond was loose and that it was rubbing funny against my wedding band which caused loose diamonds on it too. They offered me different solutions and worked with me to come up with the best way to strengthen both rings. They got both rings back to me in great time and I couldn't be happier.

Can not say enough about how happy I am with Aaron and everyone at De Boscq for helping me create the perfect engagement ring. I went in with a few questions and ended up sitting down with Aaron, the owner and designer, for 30 minutes or so talking over my options, looking at all of the various cuts, and explaining all of the ins and outs. I was never pressured to make a purchase or anything. Once I decided to go ahead with the diamond and mounting that we agreed on, everything moved quickly and flawlessly. I was always pretty nervous about the idea of this process but it was truly stress free

I was so pleased with my custom wedding band. You can tell Aaron knows what he's doing, as he is able to give input and advice on what you want. He's also able to make your vision come to life if you want something custom made. I had diamonds from my grandpa's wedding band that were very sentimental which were going into the wedding band so it was very important that my ring was taken good care of. My fiancé also got my engagement ring through De Boscq and was able to get a great quality ring at a fair price.

UPDATE: My pocket watch was repaired by a fabulous watchmaker at another local jeweler. I paid $81.75 and I was given a 1 year warranty. The watch runs great. I dont believe the Deboscq team ever repaired my watch properly and it cost me $500.00 with no warranty attached. The last review I posted was a good one, but things have changed. I purchased a superb antique pocket watch from these folks at a great price. The second time I went to set the time on this watch it broke. The owner and I had a falling out, because I was not notified that his watch maker would not work on my watch so he sent it

This is my entire family's favorite jewelry store. We've used them for everything for over ten years...from buying out of the case, repairs, restoration, custom designs that all exceed expectations. My mom redesigned her wedding ring with Aaron and she is so meticulous and had a clear idea of what she wanted - years later she is still head over heals over the design. I called and asked "how much to put batteries in a watch" and Victoria said $12.50. So I took my watch to them and waited - a long time. I see through the blinds in the workshop that they're struggling with my watch. After about 20 minutes a jeweler brings my watch taped together and says that he put batteries in it, it didn't work, and that they couldn't put the back on it. Skeptical, I took my watch and left. I examined it in the parking lot and it was apparent that they'd lost the metal tab in it that bridges the + and - on both batteries. Without this metal tab
