I had three watchbands that needed links removed. I called a jeweler in Mandeville and was quoted $15 per band. Michaels quoted me $8 each so I went there. I was also trying to figure out what to do with some of my mothers and grandmothers diamond rings. Michael showed me a gorgeous necklace that he designed for his wife and it is gorgeous! So he is in the process of making mine and it will be ready next week! I'm so excited. Cannot wait to pick it up. Michael and his son are very friendly and I look forward to working with them in the future!

My husband passed away 2 years ago and since then I haven’t been able to wear my wedding band and birthstone ring. When I finally decided to try them on they wouldn’t go past my knuckle. I brought them here on Good Friday and didn’t expect them back until Tuesday. I was SO excited to get the call they were ready the very NEXT day and I would be able to wear them to church on Easter Sunday!! Thank you so so much!!

I just moved to the area, and I received a family heirloom diamond ring for Christmas which I wanted to get sized right away. When I brought in my ring, they told me that I should give them about two days. Much to my surprise, they called a few hours later and told me it was ready! They also cleaned my stone and rhodium plated the ring which was included in the cost of the sizing of the ring. I am very pleased with their service, and I would never hesitate to use them again. Great workmanship and service!
