Best customer service ever! I stopped in to get my dad’s watch band adjusted and the owner came out to the car to measure my dad’s wrist. He did this without knowing that dad walks with a walker, as he recovers from a hip fracture. I‘m so impressed and appreciative! Since everything has been so challenging lately, it really made my day! I highly recommend Madisonville Jewelers!

We've been family friends of Tony's for years (his mom lives next door to my parents), and when it came time for my now husband to propose, Madisonville Jewelers was our one and only stop to go ring shopping. We drove in town from Houston to browse, and Tony ended up making my engagement ring and wedding band. He also made my husband's ring.

I am always amazed by how kind and pleasant the staff is. Whether it's a battery change, repair, custom made jewelry or a purchase from their wide and appealing selections showcased, I have always been extremely pleased. Tony, the jeweler, is wonderful! He created my engagement ring based off an idea in my fiancé's mind and a few idea pictures. Tony cast the ring from wax and created exactly what my fiancé was looking for. They are so friendly and wonderful. We are going back today to order my custom band and my fiancé's band.

Terrific customer service and very friendly. Another local place damaged my watch when changing the battery. This other place worked on my watch for a few weeks, but could not fix the clasp they had broken. Well, I decided to give Madisonville Jewelers a try and they were wonderful. The people at Madisonville Jewelers fixed it fast and fixed it right. The watch was fixed in a few minutes. These guys are now my go to place if I ever need any jewelry cleaned or watches adjusted.
