I contacted Ideal Comfort by phone to request repair of my ducts because they had done similar work for me in the past. I was told that it would take several days for them to get to me. the following week I received a phone call saying that the work would begin that morning. I was away when the work was done. After another week, when the performance of my heating system did not improve, I received a text reminding me of an appointment I had for that morning. I was not aware of any appointment. The same day I received two emails with the same invoice attached. I find this situation confusing. I

I found ideal comfort on the internet. After seeing the 5 star reviews online and seeing good comments. I need my ac unit repair. I don't know anything about ac units. I called Monday and was service that day. Ideal comfort was able to fixed my system and even adjusted my thermostat. I was very pleased with the services and price was very reasonable. Last week when we returned home from our Tennessee trip we found that the heat exchanger in the heating and air unit had stopped working. I called around to several HVAC companies. The first one wanted to rob me by charging me more than double what it should cost to replace an under-warranty part.
