Roberts installed 2 A/C units recently and we were extremely happy with their service from the time we were given an estimate, to scheduling the install, and with their install as well. They were very professional and reliable and most importantly, when there was a bit of an issue with the install, Keith (one of the owners), came out and came up with a plan to deal with the situation and reassure me as well. Price wise, they were very reasonable laying out 4 different options which were also explained in detail. I will now use Roberts to do our annual service on both our Heating and AC.

Glen and his team are amazing! We redid ALL our appliances and they had in done in less than 2 days. Great guys, very fun and did one heck of a job. Their work was quick and flawless! They were professional and actually helped me save some money! They really know their stuff!

We replaced air conditioning system. Got three estimates and two companies including this company gave similar estimate. We decided to go with this one, since more detailed explanation was provided in the "proposal" sent by email.
Two guys came to my house on time and overall experience was good. Unexpected cost was popped up but got some discount on that.
I will use this company for regular maintenance and future repair.
Btw, they accepted credit card.

I've been using Roberts since I moved into my home 10 years ago. Just had Pete and Nick here to install a new A/C and create/repair ductwork to the second floor. These guys are true pros and excellent at troubleshooting and explaining what they're doing. They have great attention to detail and kept us in the loop from start to finish.

This is the first time I have used Roberts Heating. Called this morning after 8:00am, on the Tuesday after a long holiday weekend. I was told I would get a call about 15 minutes before a service man would be on… his way. I received a call from Scott at 11:30am. Scott arrived on time. Checked out the AC. Explained the Roberts Service Program and it;s benefits. It;s now 2:20pm, The AC is fixed and working. House is already cooling off. All work was explained in terms I could understand. Scott could not have been more polite, professional and thorough. I have no hesitation recommending Roberts

Mike M. has already done a great job recently as he serviced our Humidifiers but this week he went well beyond as I had an emergency with a Water Heater. I landed in Chicago from an international trip and uncovered the leaking heater as I got home. Mike was there in a matter of minutes and brought the situation under control. Weston and Glen Carl installed a complicated rooftop AC system ontop my townhouse in Lincoln Park. They're brothers, a great team, very focused, and professional. The 2 day job involved a crane and repairing a wobbly ladder passage to the roof....no problem... they seemed to enjoy figuring out solutions to any challenge they encountered. I highly recommend them!!
