Full House Property Management was founded in 1994 to assist friends, colleagues, customers and clients with their rental needs under the principle that quality homes resulted in quality tenants. We believe that the quality of tenant and rental income will be a direct reflection of the pride in ownership an investor has.
Managing one's own rental property can be time consuming and a rather frustrating experience. As property managers and the agent of property owner we become a buffer between the tenant and owner - no more chasing rents, repair calls on holidays, that awkward & inconvenient tenant conversation in the grocery store.
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
Please have every adult that will be living in the house or apartment complete an application. With your application you will need to submit a copy of your government issued ID (driver's license), Social security card (or ITIN), 2 Months' Current Pay Stubs/Proof of Income and a Utility bill showing name and mailing address.
