Buckimgham property management is a terrible company to work with as renters. They are rude to their tenants, have no compassion and make life living hell. They lose your money and then demand repayment. If you can live anywhere else I would advise to do so. Zero people skills. Treat their renters like heads of cattle.

I moved in the Groves apartments managed by Buckingham properties in 2012. I live there for eight years with several different managers at different times. Mr. Xavier lied about my move out date show that he could cover up something. I had to file a claim for my deposit refund in small claims court. I won my case but I am having extreme difficulty in getting paid. I would never recommend moving in any property that is managed by Buckingham as they don’t care about their tenets it’s only about the money. Their finances need to be gone through and they need to go to these management companies

Unprofessional, rude, do NOT care about the tenants. They don't train management and hire the worst human beings who try to intimidate you. DO NOT expect any issues resolved nor any phones call returned. If you need something done, you have to call HUD to get it done. I could write a book on this Buckingham but I am pretty much done with them and the energy waisted on them is for nothing. They are by far the WORST management Company EVER and should be shut down. Ugh!

I do not know what everyone is talking about with the negative reviews. In my opinion this is the best company's I have ever worked for! The supervisors actually care and get back to you. The job give's incentives and raises. I feel that every company has its flaws but I find it hard to find a flaw in this one. Also the owner rocks(Buckingham Owner). The owners of my property rock! Buckingham's Owner has a lot of properties and Still knew my name after meeting one time. So, great company to work and to live on property for. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Buckingham for making me

I wouldn't even give one star for the way my they treated my father. He was on a waiting list for a year to find out he not qualify for a senior apartment, though they had all of his financial information. Two 130 mile round trip appointments (the first one the manager no showed) and then come in to be told he didn't qualify because he made too much money. Then getting an entirely unprofessional phone call from Nora, a supposed supervisor, she is short with me and hangs up on me for asking for at least a written apology for my father. I have a call into the president Rosemary Lynch, but probably

Buckingham Property Management will always be a part of my life. My Dad used to work here and I took over when he retired. The work is very flexible and I love what I used to do. SLUMLORDS!!! Total crooks...drop a dime on them to the IRS...they break every rule possible regarding Tax Credit properties because they are counting on their Hispanic Tenants to be afraid to say anything and not be able to read English. Reprehensible CON Artists...and so are all the property managers and employees they hire.
