This was my first therapy experience. Was referred here by my primary doctor. It took almost a month of calling to finally get in touch with someone to ask when my appointment was. I had left two or three voicemails with no call backs. Then I had to wait almost another month for the appointment. After arriving, the paperwork process was fast, and the receptionist/assistant was kind and helpful. I finally went in for my appointment and one of the first things that was said to me is that the recently elected officials were communists, in reference to mask mandates. Very unprofessional. A counselor with no real life experience . Vain, brags about the renovations to her house while I am struggling to pay her. She Has no real solutions to anything. Every week I have to remind her who I am and what we talked about the week before. She is self absorbed and pretentious . It's puzzling that she chose to be a counselor.
