A graduate from Hudson High School in Hudson, MI; Nathan then went on to achieve his Associates degree in Business Administration (ABA) from Baker College in Jackson, MI. Nathan performed an inspection of the home we bought this March. The report was very well organized and easy to read. Everything was very detailed and we had color images of each section. My husband and I felt much more confident knowing that our house is safe and has no issues with needing repairs. NSB (Nathan) is a wonderful home inspector. We made the mistake of using a different inspector with our first home purchase and that choice cost us a lot of money ($16K to be exact) because of poor feedback. When it came tine to purchase our next home, NSB was the first company we called after making an offer! He was very meticulous, using a drone to get places that he physically could not, and that speaks volumes of his thoroughness! I would (and have) highly recommended this company to inspect a home prior to purchase and/or sale!

Nathan was everything I wanted in a home inspector. He was courteous, very thorough, informative, and efficient. His reports are super timely and detailed. I enjoyed being able to watch his inspection and ask questions along the way. I will be using his notes as a guidebook for fixing up my house when we move in!
