You are at an important juncture in the process of purchasing a home! Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Tom inspected a home we were interested in purchasing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and taught us a few things, just in case we did purchase the home. We received his inspection report the same day, and everything listed was exactly what we talked about during our walk through. Lisa was so friendly and ready to help. Our experience was great right from the start! She answered questions and explained their services thoroughly. Tom showed up a half hour early to get the outside of the home inspected and took his time going through the entire house. You could tell he cared about what he does. Lisa is awesome! She answered all of my questions about the home inspection and what to expect. She even made some suggestions on what should be done. As a first time home buyer, you don't really know what to expect with a home, and I feel that she made it simple. Tom is a great home inspector. He is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job!
