My name is Daniel Dunlap, and I am the owner and lead inspector. My experience with homes is vast. In addition to home inspections, I am an active firefighter, as well as a real estate investor. This gives me insight into houses that is invaluable as a home inspector. I know where the issues are, how they manifest themselves, what comes up before, during, and after the inspection, and so much more.

We have partnered with an engineering firm to do structural inspections with an engineer's certificate needed for some loan programs/banks when it comes to manufactured homes.
