I have been training with Monica twice a week for the last year and I could not be happier with my experience. Each week, Monica comes up with creative new workouts to meet my goals and always knows exactly the right level to push me to. I would highly recommend Strand Fitness Center in downtown Wheaton for any age. I am a retired senior citizen and could not have been more pleased with my progress. My personal trainer, Kecia is wonderful. She keeps me motivated and is very supportive throughout each session. She plans out each session, not only to keep it interesting, but also to target certain areas that I need to improve.

I just started working out with Strand Fitness two months ago. I do a small group once a week with Michele and a weekly 1-on-1 with Kecia. This is a great mix for me, as I enjoy socializing but also like the personal attention the 1-on-1 provides. The workouts are always fun because they are different every time, they are challenging and tailored to my fitness level. The trainers are accommodating of my "issues" and are always willing to help find work arounds to get the job done. I have been training with Strand Fitness for a full year as of yesterday! Over that year, I've had the chance to work with several personal trainers and they have all been awesome. I am consistently working with Bob now and he's great. I love the accountability that working with a personal trainer provides me. I have been working with Strand Fitness for over a month now, and I couldn't be happier with the facility or the trainer. My trainer is Kecia, and she is very motivating, supportive, keeps me challenged, and is helping me see results quicker than I expected. I have some equilibrium issues, and she develops great work out routines that keeps things interesting without negatively affecting my balance. I have had the best experience possible with Strand Fitness. I have been working with Bob since last October. He challenges me to push a little harder, encourages me when I'm tired or unsure, and offers adjustments to avoid injury. I have a physical limitations due to previous injuries. For me to see progress without injury is a first in my life. I've worked with personal trainers several times and my previous experience has been mediocre. Strand took the time to understand my limitations and Bob plans my sessions with my limitations and goals in mind. It's not a cookie cutter

I train with Jeremy Bradley and he is outstanding. I have been an athlete for many years and worked with numerous personal trainers, Jeremy is one of the best. He understands the difficulties around rebuilding your body on account that he has done it himself. To often trainer's are simply athletes who have no understanding on the difficulties and frustrations associated with rebuilding, Jeremy is not like that at all.

Awesome gym, great team. I'm not into the country club gym setting, this is a professional gym where you can go and get straight without distractions. Jeremy Bradley is an outstanding trainer who is direct, prepared and highly gifted. He's going through conditioning himself so you can easily relate to him. He is one of the best I've worked with.
