I had the privilege of having Trey as my shuttle driver. What a friendly, informative driver! The entire group enjoyed his "tour guide" experience. He answered questions, provided information on local venues and activities, and was so kind and considerate. He's a gem!

Not at all on schedule and the driver loaded everyone into the shuttle and then walked away to smoke for 15 minutes. Then, while still smoking, went back to close up the luggage. He put his cigarette out as he was getting into the driver's seat and so the whole bus smelled immediately. It already smelled like smoke when we got in, which was bad enough, but fresh smoke was unfair to the bus load of non smokers. At least wash your hands if you are going to make us wait while you smoke, and put out your cigarette before coming back to the shuttle. Pretend to care. I should have paid 40 for the taxi

HANDS DOWN WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Waited just south of 2 hours for a shuttle after a long flight. The cherry on top was the employees who provided customer service that can be best characterized as incompetent and rude. The driver was smoking a black and mild while loading our bags. The bus itself had a cracked windshield and check engine light on. SAVE YOUR SANITY, TIME, AND MONEY; ORDER AN UBER.

Waited over an hour and once it came there were at minimum 15 people that had been waiting longer. The poor lone counter rep, Latanya was trying to answer questions for those that paid in advance and the line was growing longer and longer to purchase a shuttle ticket. When the 14 passenger van pulled up, the driver was frustrated. When asked if there was another van on the way, Latoya couldn't confirm but she said the dispatcher(fireman jacket) was checking on another driver who had been MIA. She said she couldn't give us a refund bc we booked online. 80 dollars later in a Uber and we passed two

Made reservations online for pickup at airport and return from hotel. When I got to the airport and went to get my tickets I was informed that they won't be able to pick me up for my return trip to the airport and I would be refunded. If that was going to be an issue, why didn't they notify me ahead of time.There are seatbelts on the bus.....USE THEM!! ...driver was qualifying for the Indy 500. Ended up having to get a Lyft to get to the airport.

I arranged to be picked up from the Hyatt Regency 2.5 hours before my domestic flight. They didn’t tell me that we were going to make multiple stops in the Quarter before actually leaving, and some of the passengers weren’t actually there and ready to go so we had to wait and it was very slow and stressful. I’ll just pay the extra $16 for a taxi next time.

Worst shuttle experience my wife and I have ever had. The staff is very unprofessional and semi rude. They operate very slowly and unorganized. The driver picking us up from the airport was a nice guy. The driver on the trip back to the airport was awful and rude. Snatched the tickets out of my wife's hand. Then he proceeded to let other passengers on without checking their tickets. NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM. Just get a lyft or taxi. We know better now.

After purchasing a round trip from airport to downtown New Orleans Doubletree, I (along with others) waited and waited. After checking several times with the clerk inside the airport, we were finally told that a driver had just quit, and they were trying to get another driver! An hour & half later we finally left.
And, though I purchased the round trip, the shuttle NEVER picked me up at the Doubletree, at the appointed time. I called several times. Was told that a refund would be issued. Guess what? It never

Very irritated with this shuttle experience. I booked my reservation and paid in advance for transportation to and from the airport. My initial experience over the phone with Gilda D. should have been an indication to me that I perhaps needed to use alternate travel services. She was a bit abrasive and unprofessional. Fast forward to today when I arrived at the airport, there was a shuttle out front but the driver was no where to be found. Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have had the displeasure of paying for in a long time. In the airport, there was only one customer service representative taking reservations. The lengthy line didn't seem to cause her any haste or request assistance from another representative. After purchasing our tickets, we were expressly told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. An hour later after we purchased our tickets, with no bus in sight and no announcement of the status of a bus, we inquired with the representative as to the status. She replied "she didn't know".
