Had David from Alert Transportation pick us up at the hotel for a city tour. He was full of information and not afraid of questions. All of us (including the other clients) really appreciated his knowledge of the city and the great sense of humor he brought to the job. There are a number of companies that provide tours in New Orleans, and we're certainly glad we got David to do ours!

Alert Transportation was one of our favorite hires of the wedding day! We had a destination wedding in NOLA from Philadelphia with 130 guests and scattered times with different fleet vehicles. We planned for March and had to change it to May. Then on top of it, we had to change our start time. Alert transportation didn’t miss a beat. We started using Alert Transportation about 2 years ago when we missed a flight from Armstrong airport because all of the parking lots were full. since then we have used then many times. The drivers are always courteous and helpful. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. Making a reservation is very easy. I give Alert 5 stars. Me and my friends flew in for a day trip to enjoy French Quarter Festival. Booking transportation was very easy. Our driver Ray was on time, attentive, and professional. As we made our way to French Quarter, he gave us a history lesson, which was very interesting. Me and my friends will be back in August. They were very flexible and worked with our many many questions and concerns, eventually curating a ride that worked for our group. They did have a snafoo due to Mardi Gras and did their best to fix it, and we do appreciate that. They are easy to work with, clean and very reasonably priced.

We were advised to be outside our hotel by 12:30 PM. The bus didn't arrive until 12:50 PM. Had we known the bus was going to be 20 minutes late, we would not have waited outside in the 80° heat with humidity in the middle of the afternoon. Once picked up, the driver made no effort in welcoming onto the bus, gave zero directions what was going happen after our tour was done( if we were going to have to same driver) or even how we would know which bus to get onto. Our driver, for whatever reason, decided to make a U-turn out of nowhere, parks the car in front of a random Burger King parking

Terrible! They don't even deserve 1 star... Picked me up on my wedding day and was so rude! Threw our bags were in the trunk in the hallway of my wedding reception.. Then at the end of the night me and my husband had one of the limo cars come pick us up we waiting outside for 15 mins then decided to call bc they DIDNT EVEN COME PICK US UP!! Once I got in touch with them the man said he tried calling someone's phone (which was my mothers) 30 minutes before they would leave to come get us and no one answered the phone so they didn't come... For one why would anyone answer the phone

We booked a Plantation / Air boat tour through a service that happened to use Alert Transportation as their shuttle service to and from the tours. We paid $500+ to take these tours and Alert Transportation ruined the entire day / tour.
Our driver, Brian W. was awful. He drove very fast passing nearly every car on the freeway the entire way there. I was just hoping to get to our tour destination in one piece. My wife and I were both scared and uneasy. The driver also would not stop talking and laughing at his own 'jokes' the ENTIRE trip. He was even talking to himself and laughing

Worst Limo transportation business in New Orleans. Watch out for their so called quotes. There's a high possibility the quote will increase when reserving vehicles. They lost out of $851.00 over a $72.00 increase. I went with Capital City Trolleys and AM Party Bus. My total is now $715.00. Far more better Limo services in New Orleans than Alert Transportation. Take heed!!!

I recently used Alert Transportation for a group trip to New Orleans and Carnival cruise to Cozumel Mexico. I hired the 25 passenger min-bus for our three transfers (airport, cruise port, airport) and added a city tour for our group of 18 travelers. Each experience with this company was FIRST CLASS!! Our three drivers were very timely and extremely professional. My group had children, adults and a person with mobility issues and Alert handled us exceptionally on each transfer. The driver was early, friendly and held up a sign so he could find us in the hotel lobby. And when we weren't quite ready, he patiently waited. Couldn't have been more happy, we had a great time riding around in the Limobus. One of the favorite parts of our wedding was the limobus ride with the entire bridal party from the church to the reception; we had a blast! I used Alert for a family trip to New Orleans. I hired the Town Car for two separate transports -one from the train station, the other from the airport and a group transport of 30 people from the airport to the hotel and onto the port the next day. EVERY EXPERIENCE WAS TOP NOTCH! Our driver Lemoine (sp) was timely and professional.
