My father in law depends on this company to bring him back and forth to appointments and they make him sit there for hours after he is done with dialysis when they keep calling to come pick him up and they say 10 mins and it's about 3 hours before they come get him

This company is horrible with picking up the people who pay there salary. 2 hours of wait time to be picked up is ridiculous. Can't wait until I get my mother outta the system, even if I have to bring her myself.

Waited two hours with my wheel chair bound 87 year old mother to be picked up. But, they never showed. I called twice and the nursing home called a number of times. Each time they said they would come in 15-20 minutes. The last time called, I was told they would be pulling up any minute. Still no AMED! So frustrated with them, I chose to wheel my mother back the four blocks back to the nursing home rather than subject her to the pain of waiting in a cold waiting room.
This company does not operate professionally. Avoid their services at all costs.

Amed transported my dad multiple times to his dialysis appointments. The EMTs were amazing with him and treated him like he was family.

The worst..I have been waiting with my 86yr. old wheelchair bound mother, to go from doctor office to nursing home. I called 30 min after the initial request, and was told it would only be a little while longer. We are now at 45 min later and still no transport. I'll keep updating this until someone comes. Initial call 11:30am., it is now 12:45pm.Van did not arrive until 1:09pm. So, my 86 year old wheelchair bound mother had to wait for an hour and 39 minutes for the ride. This company should be fined, or have its permits/license revoked. I hope to never have to use them again. I complained to
