Called triple a at 10 and said Driver was on the way ETA kept getting pushed and when we called and asked about it the driver was headed to West Virginia instead of Streetsboro Ohio and when questioned about it They said their boss was a thirsty money Man Talk to the owner of the company who is a joke and said they would not services my vehicle because of their own mistake and didn't do long distance tows but were doing us a favour. This entire conversation was phone recorded by me Don't use this towing company

After running out of gas on the freeway I contacted Aaa. I notified them I needed gas as was actually in a busy lane on the freeway. They said help is on the way. This was at 9 pm. The fairview police come within 10 minutes and push my car off the road.. at 1 am a tow truck from Benjamin Bros shows up...with no gas or gas can. Driver said he didn't know. . Tells
me his boss doesn't want him getting the truck dirty (which I recorded). .

I watched a driver run 2 cars off the road and into construction barrels. The driver saw exactly what he did and didn't care to stop.
To the owner: Post the police report and have these so called witnesses dispute what I witnessed first hand. It's very easy for you to say that it didn't happen. Ask yourself, what does this person have to gain by making a false statement? The public has a right to know how employees behave on the road. I'm simply informing them of what happened directly in front of my eyes. No second hand nonsense, just what I witnessed.
