Critical: Professionalism
I called for a tow. Was given an ETA of 45 minutes. 2 hours went pass so I called for an update. I was told that he couldn't make it, all the while I'm sitting on the road believing that someone is one their way but had canceled without notification. Very unprofessional!!!
