The lowest rating I can choose is 1-star, but that’s one star too many! They said they’d arrive to get my stranded car in one hour. I waited for THREE HOURS, but NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP!! I called their “open 24 hours” phone line ELEVEN TIMES between the second and third hour of waiting in the freezing rain, but every time there was no answer!! Their voicemail did give the option of leaving a message…until the beep, when it informs you that their voicemail is full and hangs up!!! I finally called Blaze Towing who came and got my car right away.

I called to have my vehicle transported to a shop. They told me they were busy and to call back to see if a truck became available. After making several calls I asked if I could make a reservation or appointment. They finally put me in the system. Never heard back. I got another company to do the job a few days later. They came when I asked. No excuses.

I was told by another auto shop that I needed a water pump. My nephew told me about the quality work that Champion Auto does. I took my van to them. They repaired my van and showed me how the leak was not coming from the water pump but the coupler! Their honesty saved me LOTS of $. They are now my mechanic! Honest, professional service is what they provided me.

Champion was dispatched to my home (through AAA) and when the technician arrived he was very helpful and very courteous. When he, nor I, could get the equipment that lowers my spare tire (spare was stored under truck bed) to work properly, he called his supervisor at Champion and he had my truck towed to the shop so they could look into the problem and not leave me hanging, When we got there all of the mechanics were very helpful, made me feel welcome and not out of place in a garage (which was wonderful) and they solved my problem quickly. Finishing in record time while going above and beyond

One of my tires was low so I called AAA who sent a Champion truck my way. Turned out AAA was thinking I had a flat tire when I didn't. Explained this to the Champion driver who made a call and then another truck with air came to my rescue. The first driver clearly went up and above her duty to make that call and didn't leave until the second truck arrived. I appreciate a good service and highly recommend Champion to anyone.
