Services
The All-on-4 Treatment Concept was developed to provide edentulous patients (patients with no teeth) with an efficient and effective restoration using only four implants to support an immediately loaded full-arch prosthesis. By tilting the two implants in the back, longer implants can be used in patients who have lost quite a bit of bone in their jaw, increasing bone-to-implant contact and reducing the need for bone grafting.

I have been going to Dr. Manuel for almost 20 years. Always friendly professional staff, nice office, convenient hours to get an appt in before work and best of all fresh chocolate chip cookies for after the visit. Sadly, I accidentally picked a slightly different dental insurance plan that is not contracted with this clinic. I am very sad to not be going here for my next dental visit and will be changing my insurance plan back as soon as possible.

Espresso dental is fantastic! I had been avoiding the dentist for years after a very bad experience elsewhere. After finally working up the nerve to try again I came here and I'm so glad I did. The ladies who cared for me were so kind and thoughtful. They really put my mind at ease and did great work to boot! Thank you for helping me get over my dental anxiety and get my teeth back on track!

I love being a patient at dental espresso! The people that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They all have worked there a long time and so they get to know you, which in this quickly growing town, matters.
I recently had to have two crowns and really appreciated the communication as the procedure progressed. I got cold and they offered me a blanket. They offer so may little things that make the experience of going to the dentist that much easier. They have a tv to watch if you would like a distraction and my favorite thing, when the cleaning is done, is the warm lemon towel. Want teeth

I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but honestly I could not wait to give a shout out to Erin (the receptionist). If my dental experience is HALF as great as scheduling with her has been this will be the only dentist I ever go to. Erin has been kind and caring and helped ease all of my stress about coming in. I actually am looking forward to getting my assessment and getting started on my dental work needs!

First off, the receptionist Erin is an angel. I emailed with her back and forth until we were able to figure out a day that worked for me. My dental hygienist Anca was very warm, kind, and informative. I learned more from her about my teeth than I have in all my years of going to dentists. I didn't see Dr Manuel and it was Dr Angeline who told me what I should watch out for in the future and they even smoothed a chip on my front tooth for free! We genuinely love going to Dr Manuel. I have hated going to the dentist since the 4th grade. My wife let her know that, and she went out of her way to fix my teeth (that needed big work!) painlessly and with a smile.
Erin the receptionist makes you feel welcome when you first walk in and everyone else goes out of the way to make all the patients happy.
After each appointment, freshly baked cookies are waiting for you! In fact, I have stopped in for a cookie as I have passed the office on my bike. They are always happy to see me.

My wife and I took our newborn son here after learning that he was tongue tied and was having difficulty feeding. Dr. Manuel was able to see us the very next day and what a difference it made! A few other places we called wouldn't see us for a few weeks...We cannot thank the staff enough for helping our family get off to a healthy start!
Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful, they really helped to put us at ease during the entire thing. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. We live in Auburn but will be making them our family dental office.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Manuel and her staff. I have been a patient since Dr. Manuel purchased the practice, probably 20 years ago, and have never considered another dentist. Even when I moved to the Bellevue area and now have to cross a toll bridge to get there, I feel the trip is worth it. Everyone is so kind and truly caring about my dental health. Exams are always thorough and they understand my particular needs when it comes to dental care. My husband even switched to Espresso Dental as well. Can't recommend them enough. My husband and I just moved to the area and were looking for a new dentist. We both decided to try out espresso dental. We both had the same general check-up completed. My husband did not get charged anything. I had my check-up and was assured I didn't owe anything. When I came in a few weeks later to get a filling they informed me that I owed them for my checkup. When I inquired they said it was because of our insurance. Sure... we have the same insure and had the same procedures done. Whatever, I paid my bill. I'm writing this as I am sitting on my couch at home, less than an hour after Dr. Manuel pulled out my top two wisdom teeth. The local anesthetic is wearing off and actually, I don't feel much pain (more of a soreness). But I'll give a full review, not just one about my extraction :)

I don't understand the ratings here so far. I have had 2 experiences with Espresso dental and each were fairly complicated procedures that went completely smooth and painless. I had a crown applied last year. I also had a large filling replaced this morning. Both experiences were met with professional associates and quick efficient service. Dr. Manuel is very informative and has an extremely deft hand in dentistry.
I can only attribute any negative comments here with two common factors about going to the dentist:

I was amazed at the bad reviews, as that has certainly not been my experience! I have gone to Dr. Manuel for over 5 years, and I have had nothing but a favorable impression. For the majority of my visits (2 cleanings a year) there has been absolutely no charge. I had four fillings that needed to be replaced as they were leaching metal into my mouth. The cost was significantly less than other dentists that I checked. I find the office staff to be very friendly and personable, and YES, they give you a latte when you leave. But mostly I go there because of the good care.

Dr. Manuel has provided me with great service for some time now. Today I was browsing through yelp for bike shops & restaurants when I thought I would look at reviews of the businesses I frequent. I was very surprised to read such negative ones about Espresso Dental! So I thought I would write about my experience.

Dr. Manuel has been my dentist for 8 years. She was recommended by a close friend who spoke so highly of her. I was hooked after the first visit. Awesome care, cutting edge technology (digital x-rays, sonic plaque removal, tv's and digital music to enjoy) plus a delish latte on your way out (seriously, they have an espresso machine and make fresh cookies every day).
On the dentistry side of things, I recently got my first cavity (I'm 38). I was scared out of my mind to get it filled. Dr. Manual offered an anxiety script. Didn't need it. The team was amazing from the moment

I've been going to Espresso dental since 1999. I've referred other friends and family over the years, and they have continued to receive dental care there as well. Connie Manuel is a great dentist and has always seemed prudent and accurate in her assessment of my future dental needs.
I love that this is a small practice in a converted bungalow with semi-private treatment areas. Street parking is pretty easy. Everybody knows your name. It's been easy for me to get in for urgent appointments. The receptionist has worked diligently to make sure my insurance billing was all good

21st Century Dentistry: Gimmicks Over Care
I need to replace my excellent dentist who retired in early 07. I consciously neglected scheduling an initiation with his replacement, because I had heard bad reviews. Following advice on some other website somewhere, I found myself a patient of Espresso Dental on Phinney Ridge.
The people are nice there, but the overall air communicates incompetence. My two visits were glittered with accouterments. They have a computer screen running a tooth-whitening ad 24/7 in their front window, and they uphold their name with a shmancy coffee maker in the waiting
